We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Good Knowledge in Linux , Mac Os , Windows

Laptop Hardware Knowledge.

Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware and software

issues on desktops, laptops.

Experience with remote desktop applications and remote

troubleshooting techniques.

Experience in managing and supervising a team in the delivery of high

quality work outputs and team performance.

Experience in addressing complex issues and demonstrated problem

management.     

Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.

Hardware knowledge on servers/switches/storage devices.

Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Issues.

Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.

Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment

Knowledge on VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
